Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates - Lone Tree is seeking a Studio Manager to drive sales targets and manage studio staff and memberships. The role requires sales, leadership, and strong communication, with fitness or boutique studio experience considered a plus.

You will lead the sales process, train the team, and serve as the face of the brand in and out of the studio. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly organized, and able to build a community around the studio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, service, or fitness sales experience.
• 1 year minimum management experience (fitness or related field a plus).
• Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales quotas.
• Adept at self-generating leads via community outreach and referrals.
• Excellent communication skills in person, at events, and over the phone.
• Highly organized; able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue targets through BODYBAR Lone Tree sales process.
• Preserve product mix and collect outstanding dues.
• Retain memberships to increase loyalty and referrals.
• Self-generate leads via grassroots marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate and participate in local networking and studio events.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise sales staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and coach for improvement.
• Coordinate with retail vendors to stock and merchandise product.
• Manage client base and studio communications.
• Develop and implement member acquisition and retention strategies.
• Create community at the studio through member engagement.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Manage inventory and administrative supplies.
• Deliver daily results recap.
