Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience preferred.
• Leads a team of Sales Reps and drives membership growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and manage studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and membership growth, convert leads to memberships, and drive enrollment.
• Oversee studio staff scheduling, training, and compliance with policies.
• Manage social media and keep staff trained on programs and systems.
• Plan and execute customer events and community promotions to grow the client base.
