Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving healthier lives by delivering expert Pilates programs and exceptional service. The role involves private and group classes, client assessments, and ongoing program design within a wellness-focused Life Time studio.

You will train with Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrels, maintain studio standards, and stay current on industry trends while promoting a holistic fitness experience for members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• CPR and AED Certified.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients in Pilates training sessions with proper form and equipment usage.
• Conducts fitness consultations including screening and goal setting.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and other fitness services to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Keeps current with certifications and industry trends.
• Educates members on health and fitness topics.
• Provides superior customer service and programming for members.
• Documents client programming details.
