Job summary

Life Time is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving healthier lives by designing safe, effective programs and delivering excellent service. You will conduct private and group sessions, promote classes, maintain studio cleanliness, and stay current with certifications to guide members on health trends and proper technique.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, Pilates certification with reformer/tower/chair/barrel training, CPR/AED, and 1 year of PT

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Certified Pilates Trainer with reformer/tower/chair/barrel training.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional Pilates programs to drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes and monitors clients during sessions.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and classes to members and completes administrative requirements for each client.
• Maintains studio cleanliness and stays current on certifications and industry trends.
• Documents client programming and provides high-quality customer service.
