YMCA of San Diego County is hiring a Pilates Reformer Instructor at the John A. Davis Family YMCA in La Mesa. The role focuses on delivering safe, effective Pilates Reformer classes, greeting members, and guiding participants to achieve health and wellness goals.
Responsibilities include demonstrating proper form, creating a supportive class environment, and maintaining equipment and space. Certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid, plus a 200+ hour Pilates program, are required.
The Pilates Reformer Instructor is responsible for building positive relationships among members, participants, volunteers, and staff by actively greeting and providing excellent customer service, guidance, and leadership. The Instructor creates and leads Pilates Reformer classes in a safe, effective, and timely manner, appropriate to the level of the participants in class, to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual health.
