YMCA of San Diego County seeks a Pilates Reformer Instructor to lead safe, effective reformer classes and personal training sessions. You will welcome members, guide workouts, and create a supportive environment that promotes physical and mental wellness.
Position requires a nationally accredited reformer certification, CPR/AED and First Aid, and the ability to work with participants of all levels. Training is completed within 90 days of hire; fingerprinting clearance is required.
The Pilates Reformer Instructor is responsible for building positive relationships among members, participants, volunteers, and staff by actively greeting and providing excellent customer service, guidance, and leadership. The Instructor creates and leads Pilates Reformer classes in a safe, effective, and timely manner, appropriate to the level of the participants in class, to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual health.
