Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Minnesota (Eagan) is seeking a Pilates Instructor who supports members by fostering happier, healthier lives, delivering an educational, supportive experience, and upholding the Life Time brand.

You will develop safe client programs, lead private and group Pilates classes, supervise equipment use, conduct initial consultations, promote training options, handle administrative tasks, keep the studio clean, stay current on certifications, and educate members on health trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to assist clients with goal setting and progression.
• Comfort instructing both private and group sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs both private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use the equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs.
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
