Job summary

Equinox Group is seeking a full-time Pilates Instructor for our West Hollywood club. You will develop and refine tailored Pilates programs, conduct client assessments, and lead private, duet, and small-group sessions to help clients achieve their goals.

Under the guidance of a Pilates Manager, you will grow your book of business, maintain studio standards, and collaborate with other departments to deliver a premium member experience.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive Pilates teacher training completed or certification on all Pilates apparatus (mat, reformer, Cadillac/trapéze, wunda chair, high/combo chair, barrels)
• Valid copy of Pilates certification(s) required
• Exceptional customer service skills essential

Responsibilities

• Develop and protect a safe, professional Pilates training program for each client
• Conduct initial complimentary assessment and goal setting
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions
• Build your client base with support from Pilates Manager
• Handle administrative requirements for client management
• Collaborate with club departments to ensure a premium member experience
• Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment; ensure safety and performance
