Equinox Pilates Instructor position at our LA club offers an empowering lifestyle centered on maximizing client outcomes and professional growth. Under a dedicated Pilates manager, you will develop and refine programming, education, and business development to advance your Pilates career.

You will lead private, duet, and semi-private sessions, perform initial assessments, build your client book, and collaborate with other departments to deliver a premier member experience.

Qualifications

• Certified on all Pilates apparatus or completed Comprehensive Pilates Teacher training (min 400 hours).
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a safe, professional Pilates training program for each client to attain goals and maintain motivation.
• Conduct initial complimentary assessment and goal setting to tailor a program.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
• Work with Pilates Manager to grow your book of business within the member base.
• Complete administrative requirements for client management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a well-rounded member experience.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Maintain consistent client activity to achieve results.
