Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver safe, professional Pilates training programs tailored to each client
• Conduct initial client assessments and goal setting to determine appropriate exercises
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions
• Collaborate with Pilates Manager to grow client base and book of business
• Handle administrative aspects of client management and scheduling
• Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness and organization
• Provide excellent service to Equinox members and guests
