Riser Fitness, LLC in Livermore is actively hiring Pilates instructors to teach group, private and semi-private classes at our state‑of‑the‑art studios. Join a growing Club Pilates network and contribute to a safe, challenging workout experience with mat and reformer equipment.

We offer the opportunity to earn $40.00-$65.00 per class (or more based on experience) with flexible hours and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 200–450+ hour Pilates education including Mat and Reformer.
• Ability to apply a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Excellent customer service and a pleasant demeanor.
• Proven group Reformer instruction experience.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Willingness to continue education and training.
• Dependable and punctual in schedule adherence.

Responsibilities

• Safely use Pilates equipment during classes (Mat, Reformer; other equipment as trained).
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limits.
• Maintain Club Pilates education standards and class plans.
• Deliver Intro, group apparatus, private and semi-private sessions as scheduled.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
