Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking Pilates Instructors for Hayward to teach group and private sessions in our studios. Positions include full-time and part-time roles with flexible hours and opportunities for growth.

Instructors will work with Mat, Reformer and other equipment, delivering safe, challenging classes across all levels. Qualified candidates have 450+ hours of Pilates education, capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises, and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Mat & Reformer)
• Contemporary approach to classical exercises
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities

Responsibilities

• Must be skilled at safe use of a variety of Pilates equipment (Mat & Reformer) in each class
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations
• Stay up to date with Club Pilates education standards
• Develop safe, effective class plans in line with Club Pilates standards
• Provide Intro, group apparatus, private and semi-private sessions as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned
