Qualifications

• 200–450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Mat and Reformer)
• Contemporary approach to classical exercises
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Group Reformer instruction experience
• Willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars
• Punctual and reliable

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, engaging group classes using Mat and Reformer equipment
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries
• Develop class plans aligned with Club Pilates standards
• Deliver Intro, group apparatus, private and semi-private sessions
• Adapt to schedule and support studio operations
