Flexible hours and opportunities for subbing and private training are available. Qualified candidates will have 450+ hours of Pilates education, communication skills, and a collaborative attitude to support a vibrant studio environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 450+ hour Pilates education including Mat and Reformer.
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities.
• Professional and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve with Pilates industry developments.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, creative Pilates classes using Mat, Reformer, and equipment.
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations.
• Stay updated with Club Pilates education standards and apply them.
• Develop class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging.
• Deliver Intro, group apparatus, private and semi-private sessions as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
