Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC in Plymouth, MN is hiring a full-time Pilates Instructor to lead mat and reformer classes at our studio, with the option to teach group, private, and semi-private sessions in a Balanced Body-equipped facility.

Qualifications

• 200–450+ hour Pilates education including Mat and Reformer.
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities.
• Professional and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve with Pilates industry developments.
• Passion for learning and continuing education.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Must be skilled at safe use of Mat, Reformer and other equipment to ensure a safe group experience.
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations.
• Stay up to date with Club Pilates education standards.
• Develop class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging.
• Provide Intro, group apparatus, private and semi-private instruction as scheduled.
• Any other duties as assigned.
