Riser Fitness, LLC in Plymouth is hiring Pilates instructors to lead group and private sessions using Mat and Reformer within Club Pilates studios. You will teach a range of classes, maintain safety, and deliver modifications as needed.

We offer flexible hours and a base pay of $40–$65 per class, with incentives based on attendance and opportunities for bonuses. Qualified talent may enjoy growth and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Mat and Reformer).
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities.
• Professional and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in the Pilates field.
• Passion for learning and continuing education trainings.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Must be skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of Pilates equipment during each class to ensure a safe, creative group experience.
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations.
• Stay aligned with Club Pilates education standards at all times.
• Develop and create class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging.
• Provide Intro classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi-private sessions as scheduled.
• Any other duties as assigned.
