Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking an experienced Pilates instructor to join our founding team as we open in Fall 2026. You will provide individualized or small-group sessions, lead classes with proper alignment, and tailor movements to guest abilities while upholding Canyon Ranch standards.

With 3–5 years of teaching fitness, Pilates certification, CPR/First Aid, and a passion for service, you’ll help guests pursue well-being while enjoying professional growth and access to Canyon Ranch facilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of teaching experience in the fitness industry.
• Pilates certification a plus.
• Acquire a group fitness certification within 90 days of start.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or a degree in a movement-related field is a plus.
• Current CPR certification and basic first aid knowledge must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Strong movement and alignment knowledge; understanding of body mechanics, technique, and injury-prevention principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills, with the ability to engage and work with a diverse group of guests.

Responsibilities
