Job summary

Rowan is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for our Montgomery Village location in Santa Rosa, CA. The role is part-time and weekends are required.

You will greet clients, educate them on Rowan piercing services and jewelry, support customers, restock, and maintain a clean, sterile studio while using our tech and POS systems. A positive, energetic, and entrepreneurial spirit helps drive sales and a celebratory atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Interest in earrings and ear piercing.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Must be available on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet ear-piercing clients and shoppers.
• Educate customers about Rowan piercing services and jewelry.
• Support needs of ear piercing clients and shoppers.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the studio.
• Perform bi-weekly inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage technology and software systems.
• Create a celebratory atmosphere in the piercing studio.
