Job summary

Claire's in the United States is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, assist with piercings, and maintain appealing store displays. You will help drive sales by promoting promos and fashion-trend products, while ensuring a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment.

You’ll collaborate with the store team to create a welcoming vibe, assist in daily operations, and engage customers across social channels to showcase products and looks.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy.
• Operate a POS system efficiently.
• Stand for shifts and lift 25–75 lbs (11–35 kg).
• Bend, stoop, twist, reach, climb ladders as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good math and reading comprehension.
• Passion for fashion and staying on trend.
• Ability to create curated fashion looks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences and upselling.
• Join piercing training and guide customers through the process.
• Maintain attractive store displays and organized inventory.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation and sales tips.
• Represent the brand and help customers find their style.
• Assist in store operations including deliveries and promotions.
• Encourage customers to share purchases on social media.
