Callaway Resort & Gardens is seeking a Dining Room Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service in our dining areas. The role focuses on maintaining a clean and organized dining environment and assisting with service duties as needed.

The ideal candidate brings dining room experience, can thrive in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills. Flexibility for a schedule that includes weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Proven experience as a dining room attendant or similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear dining tables, wipe chairs and table tops with a damp cloth.
• Replace table linens and reset tables with silverware and glassware.
• Replenish supplies, make coffee, and fill the fruit juice dispensers.
• Serve items to guests as instructed.
• Sweep and mop floors and dining areas.
• Complete other side work assignments as needed.
