Gardner Pie Company in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Pie Line and drive performance for the assigned team. You will ensure safe, efficient production, work with cross-functional teams, and promote continuous improvement across shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and adherence to HACCP/GMP standards in a food manufacturing environment. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to identify issues quickly and use data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Safely produce quality products with efficient use of labor and materials.
• Provide transformational leadership and actively lead your team.
• Achieve operational excellence to meet or exceed plans through continuous improvement.
• Supervise your team and manage day-to-day interactions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to safety policies.
• Conduct daily team meetings to share Safety, Food Safety, Quality and performance updates.
• Develop training and cross-training plans for the team.
• Handle PTO approvals and disciplinary actions as appropriate.
• Maintain communication with other shifts and departments to resolve issues.
