Job summary

ECU Health is hiring a registered nurse for the PICU at James and Connie Maynard Children's Hospital in Greenville, NC. The role requires at least 1 year of RN experience and an active NC RN license with BLS.

The unit supports complex pediatric cases and operates on 12-hour rotating shifts at 0.9 FTE. In addition to a competitive benefits package, new teammates may be eligible for an incentive bonus up to $30,000, tuition reimbursement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience is required in RN care.
• ICU, Ed and Pediatrics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care, including data collection and outcome planning.
• Collaborate with patient/family and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Delegate tasks as appropriate and monitor patient progress per policy.
