• Assess and reassess pain using 0-10 scale, FACES, or FLACC.
• Educate patients and families about medications and care plans.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and document observations accurately.
• Maintain nursing standards and participate in meetings and quality improvement.
• Provide quality patient care and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
