Qualifications

• Missouri Board of Nursing RN or multi-state RN license.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and nursing needs; set goals and plan care including discharge planning.
• Assess and reassess pain using standard scales and document findings.
• Educate patients and families about medications and care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high patient satisfaction.
• Maintain nursing standards and adhere to hospital policies.
