Responsibilities

• PCTs perform patient care and treatments under RN supervision.
• Provide and document care, including activities of daily living, mobility, and respiratory support as directed.
• Lift, move, position and transport patients as needed.
• Meet the department work schedule and demonstrate initiative to improve care and safety.
• Note: younger staff may have restrictions operating certain lift equipment.
