Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations at our Rochester Hills location.

You will schedule court time, educate members on programs and equipment, and deliver outstanding customer service to encourage repeat visits. Responsibilities include greeting and scheduling members, explaining programs, building relationships, maintaining facility cleanliness, promoting Life Time offerings, and handling daily cash

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• Computer experience.
• CPR and AED Certified.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift
