Life Time in Lenexa, KS seeks a part-time Pickleball Programs Assistant to handle admin duties when not teaching on court. You will return calls, engage with members, prep lesson materials, and support events.

Qualificações

• CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire.
• USPTA and/or PTR certified.
• Excellent customer service, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of tennis and effective teaching styles/techniques.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Comfortable working with all age groups and building relationships.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Returning phone calls and emails.
• Talking to members before/after lesson on court.
• Prepping lesson plans and setting up/taking down on court materials.
• Attending mandated team, 1:1, and company meetings.
• Tracking sessions, payroll, chits.
• Working promotional table to promote programs.
• Helping at a tournament/event.
• Additional admin tasks related to specific role.
