Job summary

Life Time Inc. is looking for a dedicated pickleball instructor. In this role, you will teach both private and group lessons, coordinate leagues, and help create exceptional experiences for our members. With a focus on customer service and student-centered learning, you will play a significant part in the pickleball community at Life Time.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in communication and organization, plus a positive attitude. Certification in pickleball is required within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in teaching or coaching preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Teach private pickleball lessons and coordinate leagues.
• Instruct and improve students' pickleball game.
• Create exceptional member experiences and manage facilities.
• Contribute to sales efforts related to pickleball.
