Qualifications

Must be a Certified Teaching Pro.
Experience teaching at a private country club or comparable environment.
Available for flexible hours, including nights, pre-dawn, and weekends; computer literacy is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, plan, and implement private or group instructional programs with member interaction.
Assist with running pickleball leagues and all teams.
Schedule, plan, and coordinate clinics, open play, leagues, and social mixers.
Maintain a positive rapport with members, co-workers, and management.
Assist with Pro Shop duties including phones, bookings, court reservations, game arranging, and customer service.
Participate in clinics or open play for the membership as requested by the Head Pro.
Complete daily walk through of pickleball facility and report concerns to Maintenance Supervisor.
May attend home and away matches for various Pickleball leagues.
