Job summary

Access Management Group in Florida seeks an experienced pickleball instructor to lead private lessons, clinics, and team practices at our Parrish facility. You will coordinate with the Director of Fitness and Sports Courts to ensure policy consistency and support residents and guests with court reservations.

Required IPTPA or PPA certification, CPR, AED and First Aid certifications, and at least 5 years’ experience in a private, member-owned club.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of sports programming and the game of Pickleball.
• Must be in excellent physical condition.

• Communicates all issues and programs with the Director of Fitness and Sports Courts to ensure all policies are consistent.

Compensation:

Compensation is based on the instructor’s lesson rate and the number of participants enrolled in each clinic/session. Final hourly earnings may vary depending on experience, scheduling, and clinic participation levels.
