Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Reston, VA is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to assist the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager with daily operations, court scheduling, and member education on programs and equipment. You will deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

The role includes greeting and scheduling members, explaining programs, maintaining facilities, promoting Life Time offerings, and accurate cash handling. CPR/AED certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Ensures pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Handles daily billing accurately and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift.
