Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to assist the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager with day-to-day operations, schedule court time, and educate members on programs and equipment.

Provide exceptional customer service, build personalized relationships, ensure facilities and equipment are clean and in good working order, and support billing processes as part of a friendly, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explains all pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and helps determine individual needs.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Ensures pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promotes Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensures daily billing is completed accurately and reconciles cash at end of shift.
