Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and schedule court time for members.
• Explain Pickleball programs, services and equipment to members.
• Develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Ensure pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized, and in good condition.
• Promote Life Time programs, products and services.
• Handle daily billing accurately and reconcile cash at end of shift.
