You will schedule court time, educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment, and provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business. Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED
• CPR and AED certified
• Computer experience

Responsibilities

• Greet, schedule court time and assist members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explain all Pickleball programs, services and equipment to members and assess needs
• Initiate and maintain personalized relationships with members
• Ensure pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and functional
• Promote Life Time programs, products and services
• Handle daily billing accurately and reconcile the cash register at shift end
