Job summary

Life Time in Woodstock, IL is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager with daily operations, scheduling court time, and educating members on programs and equipment.

You will provide outstanding customer service, educate members, and build personalized relationships while ensuring facilities and equipment are clean and well maintained. You will promote Life Time programs and assist with billing and cash handling as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and helps determine their needs
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures daily billing is completed accurately and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift
