Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking a Pickleball Coach in Novato, CA to run clinics, private and group lessons, and events under the direction of the Director of Tennis. You will manage schedules, meet revenue goals, and introduce new members to the facility and programs.

You will also attend staff meetings, ensure safety and policy compliance, and maintain accurate client records while delivering outstanding service to members and guests in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing knowledge for promoting services.
• Ability to anticipate problems and reason deductively.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel and related software.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• USPTA or USPTR certification required.
• Minimum two years of professional experience.
• Current CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote and teach pickleball clinics, private lessons, and programs as directed.
• Organize and maintain daily teaching schedule.
• Achieve personal revenue goals.
• Provide new member orientations and facility intro.
• Encourage participation in club pickleball events.
• Attend department and staff meetings as directed.
• Be available for other functions during emergencies.
• Represent the club professionally and maintain safety and protocol.
• Record hours, sessions and payments in tracking system.
• Maintain and contribute to a safe environment and policy compliance.
