Job summary

Bay Padel is seeking a dedicated Pickleball Coach for our San Francisco locations (Treasure Island & Dogpatch). You will lead private and group sessions, design progressive drills, and foster a welcoming, professional training environment that encourages member growth and repeat participation.

Ideal candidates have coaching experience in pickleball or racquet sports, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. Spanish is a plus. We offer ongoing training and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience or high-level background in pickleball or another racquet sport.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable working with players at every level.
• Spanish is a real plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Lead private and group pickleball sessions for players at every level.
• Execute and build lesson plans and drills focusing on technical, physical, tactical, and mental aspects.
• Track player progress and adjust instruction to keep players improving.
• Create a training environment that's safe, welcoming, and professional
