Job summary

Life Time in Houston is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations, scheduling court time, and educating members on programs, lessons and equipment.

You will deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat visits, help maintain facilities and equipment, and assist with billing as part of a friendly, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Education: Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• No licenses or certifications required.
• Preferred qualifications include computer experience and CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet, schedule court time and assist members professionally.
• Explain Pickleball programs, services and equipment to members and assist them with determining their needs.
• Initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Ensure pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promote Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensure all daily billing is completed accurately and reconcile the cash register at the end of a shift.

Position Summary

The Pickleball Team Member assists the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Department. They schedule court time and educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment. They provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.

• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift

• Years of Experience: 1 year of customer service experience
