Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Westfield, MA is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations, court time scheduling, and member education on programs, lessons, and equipment.

You will deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits, maintain clean facilities and equipment, and assist with daily billing and cash register reconciliation as part of a friendly, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Ensures all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift

The Pickleball Team Member assists the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Department. They schedule court time and educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment. They provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.
