Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations. You will schedule court time, educate members on programs, lessons, and equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits.

You will greet members, explain programs and products, maintain clean facilities, and handle daily billing. CPR/AED certification preferred to support a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, schedule court time, and assist members professionally.
• Explain pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and help determine their needs.
• Initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Maintain clean, organized pickleball facilities and equipment in good condition.
• Promote Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Process daily billing and reconcile the cash register at end of shift.

Position Summary

The Pickleball Team Member assists the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Department. They schedule court time and educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment. They provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education:

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED

Years of Experience:

• 1 year of customer service experience
