Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Friendswood, TX is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to assist the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager with day-to-day operations.

You will schedule court time, educate members on programs, and provide exceptional customer service to drive repeat business. Responsibilities include greeting members, explaining programs, developing member relationships, maintaining facilities and equipment, promoting Life Time services, and handling daily cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift
