SupplyHouse is seeking a Picking Supervisor to oversee the outbound Picking Team at our Dayton, NJ facility. You will report to the Outbound Manager and guide daily operations, staffing, and shift coverage to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fundamental understanding of inventory, supply chain and logistics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Picking Team to ensure accurate daily execution of shipments.
• Assign wave orders and delegate tasks to optimize throughput.
• Serve as the main liaison with Customer Service for high-priority orders and issues related to Picking.
