Job summary

AppLab Systems, Inc. is seeking a Tier 2 Pick-Pack team member for on-site operations at Shelby or Kings Mountain, NC. You will receive orders and pick items, then pack and weigh packages for delivery, ensuring accurate weight records and smooth handoffs.

Daily inventory checks, issue reporting, and escalation of onsite/loading issues are part of the role, along with training new Tier 1 staff and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while coordinating with onsite partners.

Qualifications

• Work Authorization: US Citizens / Green Card holders only.
• Must reside within 20 miles of the assigned site.
• Location: On-site at Shelby or Kings Mountain sites.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders through the system and pick items from shelves.
• Pack and weigh delivery packages and record package weight.
• Request aircraft/drone pickup when packages are ready.
• Transport packages to the aircraft pickup location and load the aircraft.
• Perform daily inventory checks and audits.
• Report failed orders and escalate onsite/loading issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work independently or as part of a small team.
• Manage the daily operations of the Tier 2 Pick-Pack team.
• Handle team escalations and ensure onsite processes are followed.
• Support partner success and maintain strong communication with onsite partners.
• Perform order fulfillment, package loading, and inventory management.
• Conduct quarterly inventory audits.
• Communicate urgent issues to the designated Wipro site manager and customer team.
• Train new Tier 1 Pick-Pack team members.
