Job summary

Centraprise LLC in Lincolnton, NC is hiring an entry-level Pick & Pack Associate to support retail order fulfillment and drone delivery operations. You will accurately pick items, pack and label orders, and maintain inventory to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stand and lift packages. A valid driver's license and reliable car access are required; schedule is 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, with alternate holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, front desk, customer service, or order picking preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move packages.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable access to a car.
• Dependable and punctual with safety and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and select items based on customer orders.
• Pack and label orders clearly and correctly for delivery.
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Handle, organize, and maintain store inventory.
• Prepare and load completed packages for drone delivery.
