Position Overview:

This role supports Wing's drone-based grocery delivery operations. The associate will receive customer orders on a tablet, pick grocery items from the store, complete checkout, weigh and label packages, and safely load them into drones for delivery. The role is customer-focused and requires individuals who can work independently, communicate effectively, and handle operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders, pick grocery items, complete checkout, and prepare orders for drone delivery.
• Weigh, label, and securely load grocery packages into drones while following safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, communicate issues effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.

Required Qualifications:

• Customer-facing retail or grocery experience is preferred; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Must have a valid driver's license, ability to drive, strong communication skills, and a positive customer-service attitude.
• Ability to work long shifts, walk/stand for extended periods, handle packages, and successfully complete required background and drug screening.
• Fast-paced retail/grocery store and drone delivery environment, requiring frequent walking, standing, picking, weighing, labeling, and loading packages.
• Employees may work independently or as part of a small team and interact with customers and store personnel.
• Requires flexibility to work extended 13-hour shifts, including rotational weekend and holiday schedules.
