Job summary

Gratz Pilates is seeking a reliable Picking and Inventory Associate for the 1st shift to support receiving, moving, cycle counting, and organizing inventory. You will help maintain accurate stock levels and assist in daily warehouse operations.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills to update our Epicor ERP. Forklift experience is preferred, and flexibility to work across multiple sites is expected.

Qualifications

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, count, and record information accurately.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Forklift experience is preferred.
  • Ability to transit between multiple manufacturing/warehouse sites.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, transfer and put away incoming shipments.
  • Accurately count, label, and stock inventory in designated locations.
  • Update inventory movement using ERP (Epicor).
  • Pick items for orders and place them in designated area.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and correct discrepancies.
  • Keep storage and work areas clean and organized.
  • Assist team members and other departments with inventory-related tasks.

Overview

Gratz is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picking and Inventory Associate to join our Picking and Inventory team on 1st Shift, reporting to the Picking and Inventory Lead. This entry-level position is responsible for receiving, moving, cycle counting, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and takes initiative to improve daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, transfer and put away incoming shipments (systematically and physically).
  • Accurately count, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse and bin locations.
  • Update inventory movement using our ERP, Epicor.
  • Pick items for orders and place them in the designated area.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and correct discrepancies.
  • Keep storage and work areas clean and organized.
  • Assist team members and other departments with inventory-related requests and other tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, count, and record information accurately.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in driving a forklift.
  • Ability to transit between multiple manufacturing/warehouse sites.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, retail, or stockroom setting.
  • Familiarity with inventory management or barcode scanning systems.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
  • Work performed in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures.
