Job summary

Gabriella White is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to help keep inventory accurate across our distribution network. You will perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations to support efficient operations, accurate order fulfillment, and a world-class customer experience.

We value dependable, detail-oriented team players who can balance hands-on warehouse work with analytical problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • One to two years of warehouse/inventory control experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification after hire.
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, hand trucks and order pickers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Team-first attitude and willingness to support operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and product locations throughout the distribution network.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Process inventory adjustments and investigate discrepancies.
  • Transport inventory between facilities as needed.
  • Analyze inventory issues and support corrective actions that improve inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with inventory control procedures, best practices, and process improvements.
  • Support warehouse audits and inventory-related projects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Do

What You Bring
