Job summary

SURGE Staffing is seeking a Stock Picker & Packer to support warehouse operations. You will pick, pack, and stock products, ensuring orders are accurate and shipments are prepared efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and reliable attendance on a Monday–Saturday schedule with mandatory overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing or stocking experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift and move packages as required.
• Ability to work a Monday–Saturday schedule and required overtime.

Stock Picker & Packer

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 11:50 PM – 9:00 AM
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday
• Mandatory Overtime Required

Position Overview

The Stock Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and stocking products within the warehouse. This role helps ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
