Job summary

SURGE Staffing is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Bethlehem, PA. You will receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship products while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The ideal candidate is physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, able to stand for long periods, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must stand, walk, bend and perform physical tasks during shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Label, organize, and store products in designated locations.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
