Job summary

SURGE Staffing in Knoxville is seeking a Stock Picker & Packer to accurately pick, pack, and stock products in the warehouse, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and safely.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift packages, and reliable attendance for a Monday–Saturday schedule with mandatory overtime. Shifts include 2nd and 3rd, with hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 11:50 PM to 9:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or stocking experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift and move packages as required.
• Ability to work a Monday–Saturday schedule and required overtime.
